About The Position

A2e Technologies is seeking a Sr. FPGA Design Engineer for a long-term contract position in Redmond, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role involves FPGA/Modem Design using Ultrascale+ & Versal, VHDL & SystemVerilog, design and simulation, high-speed Serdes, and solid scripting skills. Experience with communication interfaces such as Ethernet, Interlocken, PCIe, SPI, I2C, and UART is required.

Requirements

• 10+ Years experience
• FPGA/Modem Design
• Ultrascale+ & Versal
• VHDL & SystemVerilog
• Design and Simulate
• High-speed Serdes
• Solid scripting (python, pearl, bash, tcl, …)
• Solid Communication interfaces such as: Ethernet, Interlocken, PCIe, SPI, I2C, UART,etc

Nice To Haves

• Active Government Clearance
• Software Defined Radio/Modem Design background
• Some Petalinux Background
• Background in RF design
• Encryption experience
