Responsibilities

Responding and resolving service calls
Providing technical support
Troubleshooting various issues for our customers, for Honeywell’s HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems
Technical delivery of small service jobs
Preventative maintenance
Customer training
Installations
Ensuring the necessary paperwork is accurate, timely and thoroughly completed with minimal supervision
