About The Position

Rivian is hiring an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to serve as a technical expert and leader supporting complex vehicle repairs and field operations. The role calls for an adaptable, team-oriented leader who can drive continuous improvement, mentor junior team members, and resolve complex diagnostic challenges in a fast-paced environment. The hourly pay range for Illinois (Chicago Metro) applicants is $31.84–$60.23. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Rivian offers eligible employees a benefits package that includes paid vacation, paid sick leave, and insurance benefits, with potential eligibility for its 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
