Requirements
- 5-7+ years of employee benefits account manager experience with a retail brokerage/independent agent.
- Experience working with self-funded, level funded and fully-insured groups. Group sizes range from 200-1000 lives.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client relationship manager and build a trusting relationship with clear expectations.
- Responsible for leading the renewal lifecycle and working closely with carriers
- Arrange and lead meetings between carriers and clients for enrollments
- Assist with the preparation of materials for benefit presentations
