Requirements

  • Active Life & Health License
  • Experience working with self funded, level funded and fully insured groups. Group sizes range from 50-200 lives.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BenefitPoint is a HUGE PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client relationship manager and build a trusting relationship with clear expectations.
  • Responsible for leading the renewal lifecycle and working closely with carriers
  • Arrange and lead meetings between carriers and clients for enrollments
  • Assist with the preparation of materials for benefit presentations
