Requirements
- Active Life & Health License
- Experience working with self funded, level funded and fully insured groups. Group sizes range from 50-200 lives.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with BenefitPoint is a HUGE PLUS!
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client relationship manager and build a trusting relationship with clear expectations.
- Responsible for leading the renewal lifecycle and working closely with carriers
- Arrange and lead meetings between carriers and clients for enrollments
- Assist with the preparation of materials for benefit presentations
