About The Position

The Sr ECommerce Manager will define and execute the strategic vision and business plan for Kärcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces. This role is responsible for driving revenue by establishing and delivering ambitious sales goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to increase Month-over-Month revenue. The manager will optimize visibility by partnering with content teams to implement SEO-optimized product descriptions and leverage keyword research to maximize organic search rankings. Additionally, they will manage departmental budgets and monitor ROAS as the primary metric for marketing efficiency and profitable growth, while maintaining healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance and executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of directly relevant experience successfully managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e-commerce platforms.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AMVisor or Profitero programs.
  • A track record of leading projects with minimal supervision and experience mentoring direct reports.
