Sr. Manager, eCommerce will be responsible for driving eCommerce growth and investment strategy along with platform activation across Click & Collect, Pure Play and Intermediary channels. They will oversee and manage all aspects of our brands presence on these platforms, ensuring optimal performance and strong roadmap for growing sales. They will function as the US expert on eCommerce for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6-8 years of Shopper Marketing Experience
  • Experience with alc bev eCommerce Activation
  • Experience with Amazon DTC
  • Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Own e‑commerce strategy, investment, and execution across Click & Collect, Pure Play, and intermediary platforms.
  • Lead direct‑to‑consumer strategy and execution via Amazon for MABI Non‑Alc brands.
  • Own digital shelf optimization and performance measurement.
  • Partner with Media to shape and activate paid e‑commerce/retail media strategies.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Sales and Shopper Marketing to ensure e‑commerce programs are integrated with brick‑and‑mortar initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in e‑commerce performance, efficiency, and capabilities.
  • Lead a direct report and remain the US consultant and stakeholder for global ecommerce asset management & assigned projects
