Requirements

  • MBA required
  • 8+ years of experience in leading and managing complex partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven ability to innovate, problem solve and develop new ideas to advance strategic priorities
  • Ability to lead, motivate and promote the continued development of professional staff in a decentralized environment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate compelling vision and strategy and translate that to actionable roadmaps and results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and management of the North American Region.
  • Create and maintain strategic partnerships to support the development and delivery of high-value solutions and services.
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative culture to drive the team(s) to achieve growth targets, financial and business goals.
  • Identify and proactively initiate outreach to prospects and highlight the unique value of the program.
  • Develop and implement strategy to support sourcing and operational initiatives.
  • Develop annual operating plan and annually revised 3-year strategic plan.
  • Develop subsequent business plans to support future offerings.
  • Drive new technology and business capabilities.
  • Provide strategic oversight of client engagements, network operations, drive contract relationships and provide applicable support.
  • Identify distinctive competencies that differentiate the program.
  • Track the competitive landscape to benchmark strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth and develop strategic roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure.
  • Build relationships and drive partnerships with key clients and influencers in the industry.
  • Drive operations planning, strategy, implementation, execution and continuous improvement.
  • Drive efforts to scale the North American Region.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence through the development of processes, tools, and metrics-based KPIs.
  • Oversee network operations projects including planning, implementation, staffing and logistics.
  • Facilitate and support Steering Committee meetings.
  • Manage oversight of complex network processes.
  • Support adoption of new technologies and tools, and recommend capability improvements.
  • Convert users’ needs, pain points, and observations into GTM channels and offerings.
  • Determine need for new products based on budget, client needs, and improvements in technology.
  • Ensure alignment with other teams in the Mayo Clinic Platform.
