About The Position

The Sr. Director, Strategic Pricing and Deal Architecture, is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that drive significant business impact, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Product Managers and Directors to optimize business performance. In this role, you will lead initiatives focused on enhancing pricing models and shared service operations to support overall business growth. This role offers opportunities for leadership development, involvement in global projects, and continuous learning in pricing optimization and strategic management. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations and is part of the Sales and will be fully remote.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and business performance.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including direct reports, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in pricing tools and data analysis platforms, such as Power BI, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Expertise in shared services operations, including process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Product Managers, to influence business decisions and align strategic goals.
  • A deep understanding of market trends and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and business planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading pricing-related projects and initiatives at a global level, including project management skills.
  • Ability to travel – list specifics 20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.
