The Sr. Director, Strategic Pricing and Deal Architecture, is responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that drive significant business impact, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Product Managers and Directors to optimize business performance. In this role, you will lead initiatives focused on enhancing pricing models and shared service operations to support overall business growth. This role offers opportunities for leadership development, involvement in global projects, and continuous learning in pricing optimization and strategic management. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations and is part of the Sales and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Product Managers and Directors, to optimize pricing models and shared services processes. Lead pricing analysis and market trend evaluations to inform strategic decision-making. Oversee the implementation of pricing tools and systems, ensuring effective integration with business operations. Manage a team responsible for delivering data-driven insights and reports to support pricing strategies and business performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in deal architecture, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability. Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product development and positioning through strategic pricing recommendations.
