Neighborly is seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Paid Media & SEO to lead integrated media strategy across paid, owned, and emerging discovery platforms. With over 40 years of experience, Neighborly is a hub for service brands connecting customers to local experts. This role offers an opportunity for strategic innovation and career advancement within the Marketing team.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in media, growth marketing, or digital strategy.
Experience in defining and executing an integrated media strategy across paid, owned, SEO, and emerging discovery channels.
Experience leading the evolution from traditional search to AI-driven discovery, developing GEO strategies, optimizing for conversational search, and improving brand visibility across LLMs and AI assistants.
Experience translating enterprise growth objectives into data-driven media plans, KPIs, and investment strategies.
Proven success leading both paid and organic media programs.
Strong analytical mindset with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
Proven operational experience building experimentation infrastructure.
Experience managing and developing high performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated media & AI-driven discovery strategy, owning end-to-end visibility and demand generation across paid, owned, earned, and emerging AI channels.
Translate business goals into performance-driven media plans, defining objectives, KPIs, and investment strategies, and leveraging data, AI, and analytics for optimization.
Enable franchise media effectiveness at scale by building AI-powered frameworks, tools, and playbooks for franchise owners.
Advance AI innovation in marketing & commerce by identifying and scaling AI applications for media optimization, audience targeting, and content creation.
Strengthen ecosystem partnerships & infrastructure by collaborating with Product, Martech, and Data teams to enable machine-readable discovery and manage agency frameworks.
