The Director of Paid Media leads our paid media function end to end. Today you lead an in-house team of eight media executors supporting our full suite of paid channels, and you are accountable for the performance generated through paid digital across the EverPro portfolio. Increasingly, you will operate a hybrid model — orchestrating agency partners alongside the in-house team and scaling that mix as our investment grows. You own the full funnel — awareness, consideration, and acquisition — and the strategy that ties spend to growth.
