Fraser, Minnesota’s leading provider in autism and other disability services, is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing to be part of the executive team. As a result, clients will benefit from faster access to treatment, inclusive and culturally responsive whole-person care, and dedicated care coordinators who provide continuous support throughout their treatment journey. The Sr Director of Marketing will lead enterprise-wide marketing, communications, branding, media relations, and volunteer engagement initiatives. This executive leader will partner closely with the CEO, Chief Advancement Officer, and senior leadership team to strengthen Fraser’s brand, support fundraising and recruitment efforts, enhance community engagement, and advance organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including managing teams and large-scale marketing functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing, brand leadership, messaging strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Master’s degree or commensurate experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable record required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting fundraising, program marketing, healthcare, nonprofit, or multi‑site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Fraser’s annual marketing strategic plan in partnership with the CEO and Chief Advancement Officer.
  • Align marketing initiatives with fundraising, donor engagement, recruitment, advocacy, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead multimedia advertising, digital marketing, social media, and enterprise-wide communications strategies.
  • Supervise the Marketing team and provide leadership, coaching, and talent development.
  • Manage Fraser’s brand strategy and maintain a strong public presence in the community.
  • Provide executive oversight of Fraser’s Volunteer Program, including strategy, growth goals, and performance metrics.
