About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee a dynamic healthcare dining operation in Canton, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on developing people, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Senior Director, you'll lead all aspects of the foodservice operation, drive financial performance, develop talent, and serve as the face of Morrison Healthcare within the hospital.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice, hospitality, or healthcare.
Experience managing foodservice operations, including purchasing, inventory, labor, and cost controls.
Strong knowledge of food quality, production, sanitation, catering, and presentation.
Experience managing budgets and P&L performance; contract-managed service experience is a plus.
ServSafe® Certification preferred.
A proactive, forward-thinking leader with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
