About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Bench Director of Food & Nutrition Services to provide operational leadership across multiple hospital accounts. This role supports leadership transitions, special projects, and business needs while ensuring exceptional patient dining, retail, and hospitality services. Requirements

  • 3+ years of foodservice management experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience managing budgets, labor, and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel.
  • Must live in or relocate to Charlotte, NC.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary, Nutrition, Business, or related field preferred.
  • High-volume production, patient dining, retail, and catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Food & Nutrition operations at assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Coach and develop frontline leaders and associates.
  • Build strong client and hospital relationships.
  • Manage department budgets, labor, and P&L performance.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to deliver outstanding food quality and service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Support new business, leadership vacancies, and operational initiatives.
  • Travel throughout the Charlotte market and Georgia as needed.
