About The Position

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Bench Director of Food & Nutrition Services to provide operational leadership across multiple hospital accounts. This role supports leadership transitions, special projects, and business needs while ensuring exceptional patient dining, retail, and hospitality services. Requirements

3+ years of foodservice management experience, preferably in healthcare.
Experience managing budgets, labor, and financial performance.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel.
Must live in or relocate to Charlotte, NC.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary, Nutrition, Business, or related field preferred.
High-volume production, patient dining, retail, and catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Food & Nutrition operations at assigned healthcare accounts.
Coach and develop frontline leaders and associates.
Build strong client and hospital relationships.
Manage department budgets, labor, and P&L performance.
Partner with culinary leadership to deliver outstanding food quality and service.
Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Support new business, leadership vacancies, and operational initiatives.
Travel throughout the Charlotte market and Georgia as needed.
