The Director of Dining Services will oversee the day-to-day operations for a small multi-unit healthcare dining account, managing a team of 30-35 associates. This role involves managing client relations and ensuring superior food quality for patients and customers.

Requirements

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required or willingness to obtain CDM within 18 months of hire.
Three to five years of foodservice operation experience with demonstrated success leading multiple operations, developing teams, and driving results.
High volume food production (including patient, retail and catering) experience is essential.
Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance.
Previous experience managing a budget.

BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations for a small multi-unit healthcare dining account.
Manage and lead a team of 30-35 associates.
Manage client relations.
Ensure superior food quality for patients and customers.
Maintain excellent relationships with patients, customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments.
Collaborate with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality food.
Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
Roll out new culinary programs.
