We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Director of Marketing Operations to lead and evolve our global marketing operations function. This role is responsible for building the infrastructure, systems, and processes that power marketing execution at scale—from campaign operations and lead management to reporting and analytics. You will drive operational excellence across marketing programs, optimize our tech stack (with a strong focus on Marketo), and ensure tight alignment between teams to support global go-to-market initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates autonomously, and has the ability to both dive deep into the details and confidently present insights and strategy at the executive level.
