We’re looking for a Sr. Director of Growth Analytics to join our ever-evolving SMB Growth organization and help shape the future of global commerce. In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll create the data foundation that powers smarter customer acquisition, marketing performance, and revenue growth across Global Payments. By connecting marketing technology, customer data, analytics, and enterprise platforms, you’ll enable faster, more informed business decisions that optimize multi-million-dollar investments, improve customer acquisition efficiency, and accelerate growth at scale. Working alongside senior leaders across marketing, technology, analytics, and operations, you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop a high-performing team, and play a critical role in advancing Global Payments’ mission to deliver innovative commerce solutions that help businesses succeed around the world.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading growth analytics, marketing analytics, marketing engineering, data infrastructure, or related technical marketing functions within complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated success leveraging data, insights, and measurement frameworks to improve acquisition performance, optimize marketing investments, and drive business growth at scale.
  • Strong technical expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL), data modeling, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, application programming interface (API) integrations, and modern cloud-based analytics environments.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing technology and analytics ecosystems, including Marketo, Snowflake, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, attribution solutions, customer data platforms (CDPs), and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, align teams around shared goals, and lead high-performing technical teams in matrixed enterprise environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within payments, financial technology (fintech), software-as-a-service (SaaS), or other high-growth digital businesses.
  • Expertise building advanced analytics capabilities such as media mix modeling, predictive analytics, incrementality testing, and performance forecasting.
  • A track record of leading large-scale marketing measurement environments supporting significant media investments and enterprise growth initiatives.

  • Establish trusted data foundations by creating scalable marketing and customer data frameworks that enhance reporting accuracy, strengthen decision-making, and increase organizational confidence in performance insights.
  • Influence enterprise growth strategy by translating complex customer, marketing, and revenue data into actionable recommendations that guide media investment, forecasting, and long-term acquisition planning.
  • Build and empower a high-performing team by developing analytics, data operations, and solution architecture leaders who drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes across the Growth organization.
