About The Position

As part of Anaplan’s Supply Chain Center of Excellence, the Sr. Delivery Advisor helps ensure Supply Chain and Retail Applications are delivered consistently and at scale, aligned with Anaplan’s quality standards and customer business-process needs. The role requires deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning or Retail Planning, hands-on experience implementing planning tools such as Anaplan or comparable platforms, and knowledge of Anaplan’s Supply Chain or Retail Applications to support professional services teams and partners. The advisor partners with Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement to shape implementation approaches, develop and deliver documentation and enablement content, and support teams as a subject-matter expert. The role provides product and implementation guidance, validates and approves plans, monitors delivery, supports sales opportunities, and brings field feedback to the Product Team to inform application improvements. It also advises customers and partners, demonstrates solutions, and helps scale successful service delivery.

Requirements

Deep expertise in Supply Chain or Retail Planning processes and experience implementing systems that support them.
Broad end-to-end supply chain experience, including demand, inventory, production, and procurement.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
Demonstrated ability to present compelling content, conduct product demonstrations, lead workshops, and develop enablement programs.
Solid understanding of Anaplan’s platform and how it can address complex business challenges; deep technical or architectural expertise in Anaplan is not required.
Understanding of product management, go-to-market operations, and enablement.
Results-driven approach and ability to collaborate across teams while delivering high-quality, high-impact work.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement to integrate Supply Chain and Retail Applications into Anaplan’s go-to-market and delivery processes.
Serve as a subject-matter expert on the applications and guide effective implementation strategies.
Develop and oversee functional enablement programs, training, guides, and comprehensive documentation for internal teams and partners.
Develop scalable knowledge-sharing initiatives for the partner ecosystem.
Uphold and enhance implementation standards to maintain Anaplan’s brand integrity.
Train, advise, and support partners to scale service delivery capacity, improve implementation success, and promote customer satisfaction.
Support key and late-stage sales opportunities as a process expert, advising customers on implementation best practices.
Provide actionable field feedback to the Product Team to improve the applications.
Advise customers and partners, present the applications’ vision, and demonstrate solutions at internal and external events.
Enable Professional Services and Partner teams to understand the applications, their functionality, and implementation implications.
Guide implementation teams to support successful application implementations.
