About The Position

Responsible for daily Ackerman Warehouse supply chain operations, including forecasting, requisitioning, inventory control, implant and consignment management, and lean supply chain practices. The role oversees case picking and collaborates with clinical and supply chain teams to ensure accurate ordering, stocking, and distribution of supplies across the health system. It manages item setup and maintenance, inventory accuracy, expiration tracking, cycle counts, physical inventories, product conversions, and warehouse organization. The coordinator receives, stocks, and rotates inventory using FIFO methodology; operates warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks; and ensures compliance with accreditation and audit standards. The role proactively resolves charge capture issues, prevents supply shortages, and supports evaluation of new products and equipment through data-driven analysis focused on cost savings, utilization, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of relevant inventory management experience.
