About The Position

The Sr Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for daily operations of receiving/shipping team, preparation, and execution of all required documentation for production delivery and/or incoming goods to 3PL Warehouse, efficient and undisturbed collaboration with internal/external warehouse, suppliers, and internal/external customers.

Requirements

2-4 + years of related Experience, minimum of 2 years as Sr. Supply Chain Clerk in respective area.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
In-depth knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within supply chain management.
Basic knowledge of transportation/freight management processes and procedures.
2 years of experience with SAP Is a MUST.
Basic knowledge of FTZ (Foreign Trade Zones) processes and standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations with 3PL warehouses and cross-functional teams.
Support daily receiving and shipping activities while ensuring alignment with company priorities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse procedures, and 5S requirements.
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and damaged goods documentation.
Communicate operational issues, personnel concerns, and daily shift results to supervisors and stakeholders.
Coordinate material sequencing, JIT deliveries, and urgent transportation requirements with suppliers and production.
Support production, quality, logistics, and internal customers to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
Manage material flow by routing goods to the correct locations and ensuring compliance with company and IATF 16949 requirements.
