About The Position

As part of Anaplan’s Supply Chain Center of Excellence, the Sr. Delivery Advisor, Supply Chain helps deliver Supply Chain and Retail Applications that are consistent, scalable, and aligned with Anaplan’s quality standards. The role ensures customer business process needs are met through effective implementation of the applications and supports professional services teams internally and across Anaplan’s partner ecosystem. The position requires deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning or Retail Planning, hands-on experience implementing planning tools such as Anaplan or comparable platforms, and strong knowledge of Anaplan’s Supply Chain or Retail Applications. The advisor shapes implementation approaches, develops and delivers documentation and enablement content, provides product guidance, validates implementation plans, monitors delivery, and brings field feedback to the Product Team for future enhancements. The role also supports sales opportunities, advises customers and partners, and helps scale service delivery capacity and implementation success.

Requirements

Deep expertise in supply chain or retail planning processes and experience implementing systems that support those processes.
Broad experience across end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand, inventory, production, and procurement.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
Demonstrated ability to present compelling content, perform product demonstrations, lead workshops, and develop enablement programs.
Solid understanding of Anaplan’s platform and how it can address complex business challenges.
Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement.
Results-driven approach, ability to collaborate across teams, and focus on delivering work of high quality and impact.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement teams to integrate Supply Chain and Retail Applications into Anaplan’s go-to-market and delivery motion.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the applications and guide effective implementation strategies.
Develop and oversee functional enablement programs, including training, guides, and comprehensive documentation for internal teams and partners.
Create scalable knowledge-sharing initiatives to enable the partner ecosystem.
Uphold and enhance implementation standards to maintain Anaplan’s brand integrity.
Train, advise, and support partners to scale service delivery capacity and drive successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
Support key and late-stage sales opportunities as a process expert, advising customers on best practices for implementing Supply Chain and Retail Applications.
Provide actionable field feedback to the Product Team to improve the applications.
Advise customers and partners, present Anaplan’s Supply Chain and Retail Applications vision, and demonstrate solutions at internal and external events.
Enable Professional Services and Partner teams to understand the applications, their functionality, and implementation implications.
Guide and advise implementation teams to help ensure successful application implementations.
