About The Position

As a Senior Business Process Architect on NetApp’s CPQ Platform team, this role serves as the senior strategic individual contributor and primary representative for CPQ across critical enterprise initiatives. It requires practical CPQ domain expertise, strong business acumen, AI fluency, and a background in the storage industry or related enterprise technology markets. The role works with stakeholders from Staff to Vice President level and operates with limited supervision as a trusted extension of CPQ Platform leadership.

  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in driving high-impact cross-functional decisions, particularly at governance gates and strategic inflection points.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees from Staff to Senior Vice President level and with external partners and vendors.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business process architecture, CPQ, commercial operations, or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated track record leading complex, cross-functional programs focused on CPQ, configuration governance, and/or commercial operations in enterprise technology.
