About The Position
The Sr. Consultant designs and delivers end-to-end Java full-stack solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. The role develops backend services and responsive, accessible user interfaces for critical business processes, with a focus on performance, security, reliability, and maintainability. The consultant works with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, quality assurance, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical designs and support testing, deployment, and monitoring. The position also reviews team designs and code, mentors developers, evaluates tools and practices, documents technical solutions, and collaborates with distributed teams in a hybrid work arrangement. The assignment is temporary and has a stated duration of six months.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience.
- Java REST API development and J2EE experience.
- AWS Step Functions experience.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Java full-stack solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and deliver robust, performant, secure applications.
- Develop backend services using modern Java frameworks and patterns.
- Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using contemporary frontend technologies.
- Review application designs and code produced by project teams to uphold quality standards and promote full-stack development best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Optimize application performance by analyzing bottlenecks, refining queries, and improving frontend and backend interactions.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and operations teams on testing, deployment, and monitoring, supporting stable releases and recovery from incidents.
- Mentor junior developers and peers in Java full-stack concepts, coding standards, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating frameworks, tools, and practices.
- Ensure application components adhere to security, privacy, and compliance requirements; support audits and reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, integration details, and configuration notes.
- Collaborate with distributed teams through digital tools and onsite interactions.
- Build reliable digital solutions that support customer trust and sustainable business growth.
