About The Position

Omnissa is seeking a Professional Services Senior Consultant to lead implementation and adoption of Omnissa solutions for large and important customers. The consultant will deliver secure digital workspaces using Omnissa Horizon and Workspace ONE, combining technical expertise, consulting skills, business understanding, and leadership. After an onboarding period with mentorship and introductions to colleagues, the consultant will transition to customer engagements and work with customers and Omnissa employees on post-sales implementations. The role includes leading customer workshops to clarify business goals and technical requirements; proposing and designing solutions; implementing, testing, and documenting solutions and procedures; and transferring knowledge to customers to support successful adoption. The consultant will work with customer teams ranging from engineers and system administrators to business leaders and executives, communicating effectively with varied audiences. The consultant will also advise customers and colleagues using in-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products, maintain subject-matter expertise in end-user computing, and contribute to continuous improvement of consulting tools, knowledge, and implementation methodology. The position is based in the United States and is remote, with a hybrid option for Atlanta residents. Occasional travel is expected Monday through Thursday. The typical base salary is USD $135,000–$185,000 per year, with possible eligibility for a corporate bonus program. The position is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by Omnissa.

Requirements

Technology-related four-year degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Technical, consulting, business, and leadership skills.
Ability to work directly with customers and Omnissa employees on post-sales implementations.
Ability to lead customer workshops and understand business and technical requirements.
Ability to propose, design, implement, test, and document technical solutions.
Effective communication with audiences ranging from technical staff to business leaders and executives.
In-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products, or the ability to develop and maintain subject-matter expertise in end-user computing.

Responsibilities
