About The Position

The Sr. Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding Rimkus's client base. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver expert services that meet client needs. The manager will focus on identifying prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive company growth within assigned territories. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering results under general supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years business development or consultative sales experience, preferably within the engineering, construction, or consulting services industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
