About The Position

The Sr. Business Analyst will support tax-domain initiatives across assigned product lines, including Retirement, IA, and Mutual Fund. The role maps customer journeys across TurboTax, Quicken, and H&R Block; assesses FDX v6.4 against existing OFX behavior or greenfield experiences; and maintains tax-document inventories. The analyst contributes findings to the relevant line-of-business (LOB) Tax Domain high-level design in coordination with a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead, participates in subject-matter-expert sessions, maintains project logs, and supports vendor engagement. Specific work includes owning the Retirement 1099-R variant inventory, validating SOVOS API coverage against the FDX Tax1099R schema, confirming the IA tax-document vendor path, documenting out-of-OFX experiences for IA and Mutual Fund, supporting Nuveen’s definition of a greenfield Mutual Fund data model and delivery approach, and determining whether the IA Tax Domain will be bundled with Retirement or operated as a standalone domain. The role is hybrid, with three days onsite weekly, and offers a stated rate of $80 per hour.
