Requirements

  • Experience as an insurance broker, -underwriter, and/or sales representative in the insurance industry; cyber experience is a definite advantage.
  • Creative and can independently manage priorities, deadlines, and time.
  • Strong team player who can handle a variety of contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with commercial clients and have successfully conducted and concluded negotiations with them.
  • Dutch: business fluent / native
  • English: business fluent

Nice To Haves

  • A network across the Be(Ne)Lux broker market.
  • Interest in learning new topics in the field of cybersecurity/cyber insurance.
  • French: business fluent

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and support broker partners with their sales processes.
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Work directly with the General Manager BeNeLux and have the opportunity to help shape the go-to-market strategy, further expanding in the region.
  • Integrate insured companies onto the Baobab platform, including advising on risk mitigation measures in collaboration with in-house specialists.
