The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its US organization of over 60 professionals. This role, based in either Weston, FL or Harahan, LA, involves driving sales growth for Navigation, Automation, and Dynamic Positioning solutions. The Sales Manager will take full ownership of their assigned territory, focusing on the East Coast, West Coast of the United States and Canada, and the Great Lakes region. Responsibilities include managing existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities, overseeing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract handover, and collaborating with internal engineering, project management, and product teams. This is a hands-on, independent sales role requiring a proactive approach, strong market knowledge, and the ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
