Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a Bachelor’s degree.
  • First professional exposure through internships, working student roles, or entry-level positions in an administrative or office environment.
  • A strong interest in the insurance/financial sector and a willingness to learn.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries from partners and internal departments.
  • You don’t just execute tasks; you think about how to make your work more efficient and suggest improvements.
  • German: business fluent / native
  • English: business fluent

Nice To Haves

  • Completed vocational training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Insurance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn internal IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface for a portfolio of brokerage partners, moving relationships from transactional to "preferred partner" status.
  • Develop and execute bespoke account plans for major broker partners to maximize retention and growth.
  • Own and exceed annual volume, revenue, and "share of wallet" targets within your assigned broker panel.
  • Actively monitor broker pipelines, providing support to ensure high conversion rates from initial submission to final closing.
  • Represent the "Voice of the Broker" in internal meetings to influence our roadmap and service levels.
  • Monitor and ensure that internal service levels (response times, support) meet the expectations of our top-tier partners.
