About The Position

The Small Business & Partnerships (SBP) Enablement Team's mission is to orchestrate, enable, and deliver a portfolio of initiatives within the Small Business & Partnerships SVP group. The team works in collaboration with various stakeholder teams to develop strategies, plans and build capabilities that improve the customer, partner, and employee experience, ultimately enabling teams to achieve their business objectives and results.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including maintaining project plans, consolidating updates and preparing status reports and developing templates, job aids, tracker.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience contributing to corporate initiatives at EDC.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with good organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project/workstream plans (tasks, decisions, risks, dependencies) and follow up with owners to keep delivery on track.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and working sessions (agendas, logistics, pre-reads), capturing minutes and action items.
  • Consolidate updates and prepare status reports (progress, risks/issues, decisions required, next steps).
  • Draft communications and presentations to support the implementation of new capabilities or initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain team tools, templates, and artifacts (e.g., job aids, trackers, reporting) that support overall team operations.
