About The Position

Join the EDC Team! At EDC, we support Canadian businesses to succeed globally. We provide the financial tools and expertise they need to explore new markets, reduce risks, all towards the goal of making Canada and the world better through trade. This role is part of the Small Business & Partnerships (SBP) Enablement Team, which orchestrates, enables, and delivers a portfolio of initiatives within the Small Business & Partnerships SVP group. The team works in collaboration with various stakeholder teams to develop strategies, plans and build capabilities that improve the customer, partner, and employee experience, ultimately enabling teams to achieve their business objectives and results.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including maintaining project plans, consolidating updates and preparing status reports and developing templates, job aids, tracker.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience contributing to corporate initiatives at EDC.
  • Able to work legally in Canada at the time of application (Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents).
  • Meet the requisite government security screening requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project/workstream plans (tasks, decisions, risks, dependencies) and follow up with owners to keep delivery on track.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and working sessions (agendas, logistics, pre-reads), capturing minutes and action items.
  • Consolidate updates and prepare status reports (progress, risks/issues, decisions required, next steps).
  • Draft communications and presentations to support the implementation of new capabilities or initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain team tools, templates, and artifacts (e.g., job aids, trackers, reporting) that support overall team operations.
