About The Position

The Sr. Analyst, Pro Experience - Pro Business Intelligence supports The Home Depot Pro’s strategic growth initiatives as part of the Enterprise Pro team. The role provides analytical support for new business initiatives in an Agile environment, supporting project phases from ideation and execution through performance tracking. Work includes capturing and tracking data, analyzing performance reports to identify learnings and potential actions, and gathering qualitative feedback from the field. The position involves cross-functional engagement and regular updates to leadership on business performance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the job.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial reports.
• Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of Tableau.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn and report on performance for assigned projects; synthesize available information to identify problem areas and implement solutions.
• Identify, research, and measure ongoing program effectiveness against targets, and enhance or optimize performance-tracking metrics.
• Create clear and accurate documents and presentations, and present information to a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Own small- to medium-sized initiative-specific projects and reporting; prioritize projects and tasks to meet or exceed deliverables and goals.
