We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Coordinator to support the Executive Director for Financial Planning and Operations, Sr. Director of Finance Analytics, and their teams within the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. This highly visible role provides executive level administrative support, including complex calendar management, coordination across senior leaders, and proactive oversight of administrative activities that enable the team to operate effectively. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and experienced in supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities with discretion and independence. The Sr. Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support and perform general office management duties necessary for the efficient operation of an office, unit or program. This position may provide support for fiscal and budget management for the assigned area, and provide project support to a Dean, Associate Dean, Department Chair, program leadership or comparable business leaders. The responsibilities of this role require significant collaboration and coordination with others.
