The position is key to ensuring the effectiveness of the CEO's office by managing priorities, coordinating activities, and liaising across internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and the Board of Trustees. Regular in-person, on-site interaction with colleagues is essential for relationship building and collaboration.
