About The Position

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinter and Cargo Van owner-operators under a written independent contractor agreement. The company offers competitive, negotiable rates, access to a large number of loads, and personalized load selection based on each operator’s preferences. Dispatchers have at least four years of experience. Payment is made within 3–5 business days; quick pay is available for a 3% fee. The stated working days are Monday through Friday. The company does not hire company drivers.

Requirements

Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
Be a U.S. citizen, resident, green card holder, or holder of work authorization.
The owner-operator and any drivers must be at least 21 years old.
The owner-operator and drivers must be able to speak, understand, and read basic English.
At least six months of driving experience.
Sprinter vehicles must be no older than model year 2016.
Vehicles must have at least four straps and PPE.
Remove all vehicle decals.
Provide vehicle registration and insurance.
Execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Nice To Haves

Russian language ability; Russian speakers are also hired.
Hazmat certificate or TSA/TWIC credentials may affect potential monthly earnings.

Responsibilities

Operate an owner-operated Sprinter or Cargo Van and accept loads from VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER.
Discuss preferred load types with the company so that offered loads match the operator’s interests.
Notify the company before putting the vehicle on the road if making changes to it.
Provide the vehicle’s registration and insurance.
Ensure all drivers are approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER before accepting company loads.
