About The Position

The Sprinkler Support Service Technician assists service technicians with maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems. The role works under direct supervision, supports basic tasks, and learns industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols. The position includes travel to job sites as required and work in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No minimum experience is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Clean driving record and active driver’s license if driving is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Observe and learn service and repair techniques.
• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
• Perform assigned tasks without independently performing jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
