About The Position

The Sprinkler Install Support Technician assists with installing fire sprinkler systems under direct supervision. The role supports basic installation tasks while learning industry standards, safety procedures, and company protocols. Work takes place at commercial, industrial, and construction job sites, with travel to job sites as required. The technician does not independently perform jobs and carries out assigned tasks alongside team members. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No minimum experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Clean driving record and active driver’s license if driving is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and climbing ladders.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Observe and learn proper installation techniques.
• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
• Perform assigned tasks without independently performing jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
