About The Position

The Installation Support Technician provides technical support at the company’s brick-and-mortar, mobile, and on-site locations. The role supports installation teams and daily shop operations through order preparation, inventory, vehicle preparation and transport, and final inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years old and have two years of driving experience.
• Have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Be able to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Adhere to deadlines.
• Have excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• Have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Be able to lift 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders.
• Stock shelves with boxes of film.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Keep the shop picked up, organized, and clean.
• Help prepare parts for application.
• Clean and wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery.
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Keep towels laundered.
• Cut kits.
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles.
• Porter clients as needed.
