About The Position

The Alarm Install Support Technician assists with alarm system installations under direct supervision. The role supports senior technicians with job-site tasks while learning basic industry practices, tools, safety procedures, installation standards, and code requirements. Work is performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments, with travel to job sites as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Clean driving record and active driver’s license if driving is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.

Nice To Haves

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Prior experience is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with alarm system installations under direct supervision.
• Support senior technicians with daily job-site tasks.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment under supervision.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Learn and follow installation standards and code requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform work in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and guidance.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
