About The Position

As an Installation Support Technician, you will provide technical support at the company’s brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations. The role supports installation operations through order preparation, inventory and shop upkeep, vehicle preparation and transport, and assistance with daily team tasks. You will also perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles and porter clients as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years old and have two years of driving experience.
• Have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders.
• Stock shelves with boxes of film.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Keep the shop picked up, organized, and clean.
• Help prepare parts for application.
• Clean and wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery.
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Keep towels laundered.
• Cut kits.
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles.
• Porter clients as needed.
