About The Position

Packaging Corporation of America is hiring a Spotter to deliver customer orders in company trucks and check them for accuracy. The role involves work across shifts and requires compliance with Department of Transportation regulations, including vehicle inspections, maintaining a log book and/or electronic logs, and reporting equipment deficiencies.

The stated schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with some weekend work required. The hourly rate is $30. Eligible employees and dependents may enroll in certain medical, dental, and vision coverage within the first 30 days of employment. Employees are automatically enrolled upon hire in life, AD&D, and disability coverage and in the 401(k) plan, which offers pre-tax and Roth contributions and employer matching contributions.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• At least 1 year of tractor/trailer driving experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Dependable and safety conscious.
• Consistent on-time performance and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent driving record.

Nice To Haves

• EOBR knowledge preferred.
