About The Position

The Sports Production/Creative Services position supports live production of Division I college sports, high school tournaments, and regular-season games. The role also develops client commercials and assists with shooting, editing, and directing internally produced shows, client broadcasts, station promotions, and other assigned projects. The position works with clients and the sales department to create products suited to project needs, and may adjust schedules to support sports broadcasts, staffing needs, or special events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to work efficiently and make sound decisions under deadline pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability to adjust schedules as needed to support sports broadcast schedules, staffing needs, or special events.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license; travel is required.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of broadcast, production, technical directing, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support live sports productions, including technical directing, shooting, and other production duties.
• Technical direct and operate graphics for the televised sports program Hot Mic with Dom Izzo.
• Produce commercials, including commercial shoots, script writing, and video editing.
• Work with clients and the sales department to produce products based on project needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
