About The Position

Community Sports Partners is hiring a hands-on coordinator to build and run sports programs with urgency, resourcefulness, and personal accountability. The role owns the process from initial planning through sales, launch, execution, customer experience, and growth. Performance is measured by filled programs, reliable delivery, returning players, and sound financial results. The position is high-intensity, with ambitious growth targets and a need to solve problems under pressure and follow through on commitments. The role works predominantly during evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time, when customers and programs are most active. These are the core working hours; specific shifts and weekly hours will be agreed before starting. The posting says applicants throughout Latin America and the Caribbean are welcome, but its requirements also state that applicants must be based in Toronto or Mississauga, Ontario. Compensation starts at CAD $20 per hour, plus variable performance bonuses of up to CAD $2,000 or more per month, based on targets and calculation terms agreed in advance. Over the first six months, the employee will build toward Manager responsibilities. Promotion depends on successful completion of probation and a six-month review of growth results, operational reliability, initiative, and readiness to lead independently. Applicants should submit a CV and a brief summary of sports programs they have helped run, their personal responsibilities, and the results achieved. The application process includes Culture Index and Criteria assessments, which must be completed using the same email as the application. The posting notes that the vacancy is existing and that AI-assisted tools may help review applications, while hiring decisions are made by people.
