About The Position

Community Sports Partners is hiring a remote Sports League Operations and Growth Coordinator based in Latin America or the Caribbean. The role involves building and running sports programs with founder-like urgency, resourcefulness, and accountability. The Coordinator owns the process from planning through sales, launch, execution, customer experience, and growth. Success is measured by filled programs, reliable delivery, returning players, and sound financial results. This is an intense, hands-on role with ambitious growth targets and a high level of personal responsibility. The position works predominantly during evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time, when customers and programs are most active. Specific shifts and weekly hours will be agreed before starting. The role is advertised across multiple recruitment locations, and applicants throughout Latin America and the Caribbean are welcome. Compensation is USD $1,000–$1,500 per month depending on experience, plus the potential to earn USD $1,000 or more per month in performance bonuses. Bonuses are variable and not guaranteed; targets and calculation terms will be agreed in advance. Over the first six months, the Coordinator will build toward Manager responsibilities. Promotion depends on successful completion of probation and a six-month review of growth results, operational reliability, initiative, and readiness to lead independently.

  • Ability to coordinate people remotely.
  • Must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean.

  • Build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations, and identify opportunities for new programs and locations.
  • Own player communications, resolve complaints, and restore customer confidence when something goes wrong.
  • Track registrations, revenue, costs, program occupancy, and retention; report progress honestly, identify gaps early, and deliver improvements.

  • Follow up consistently, work through setbacks, and adapt when an initial approach fails.
  • Turn ideas into action quickly, measure what works, and expand successful approaches.
