About The Position

The Sports League Coordinator ensures consistent in-person and online management of LT Sport Leagues, which may include basketball, volleyball, and soccer. The coordinator oversees league games, supports a positive member experience, and ensures game information and media are posted to the website in a timely manner. This hourly position pays $14.00 to $17.50, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience playing or coaching an applicable sport, such as basketball, soccer, or volleyball.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Set up courts or fields before games.
• Upload game-related information, including statistics, photos, and articles, to the website in a timely manner.
• Keep games moving, enforce game rules, and manage game conflicts.
• Promote LT Sport Leagues and other Sport and Life Time programs and activities.
• Ensure sport program supplies are used according to the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Oversee and manage LT Sport League games, being present before and after scheduled game times.
• Staff and manage third-party contract workers, including scoreboard operators, statisticians, and referees.
• Assist in tracking payroll for third-party contract workers.
• Take photos of LT Sport League games.
