About The Position

The Sports Center Associate serves as a front desk agent, providing customer service and support to Bonita Bay Club members and guests. The role also supports tennis and pickleball pro shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, sales, and promotions. Additional duties include assisting with event coordination, helping with on-court member play when required, maintaining the tennis court reservation system and related records, and providing tennis product knowledge to members and guests.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must comply with a Drug-Free Workplace.
• Flexibility with schedule.
• Moderate computer skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of tennis, croquet, or pickleball.
• Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and support to club members and guests.
• Assist with retail activities in the tennis and pickleball pro shop, including inventory management, merchandising, sales, and promotions.
• Assist in coordinating weekly recurring men's, women's, and mixed events.
• Assist with on-court member play when required.
• Maintain the tennis court reservation system and related records.
• Provide tennis product knowledge and assist members and guests in the tennis shop.
