About The Position

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic therapy center in Queen Creek, Arizona. The sports-focused clinic treats a dynamic orthopedic patient population and offers involvement with two local high school athletic programs, residency programs, and opportunities for clinical and leadership growth. The Center Manager oversees the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and provides preventative and rehabilitation services to maximize patient functionality and well-being. Candidates with at least one year of experience, including sports medicine, are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, salaried position with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation starts at $90,000 and is commensurate with experience, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a $350-per-month student loan repayment benefit. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
CPR certification.
At least one year of experience, including sports medicine, is encouraged.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
Use the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants.
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in continuing education opportunities.
Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and provide preventative and rehabilitation services to maximize patient functionality and promote well-being.
