About The Position

Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for its outpatient clinic in East Mesa, Arizona. The role focuses on helping athletes and active individuals meet their goals while partnering with local schools and sports programs. The clinic highlights mentorship, Sports and Ortho Residency Programs, and leadership development opportunities to support clinicians’ growth. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with a starting salary of $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities and a student loan repayment program. Incentives include a bonus of up to $15,000 and $350 per month in student loan repayment. Relocation assistance is available.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
