About The Position
Bonnie and Clyde's is seeking a friendly, attentive, and energetic Sports Bar Server to provide guests with an exceptional dining and drinking experience in a lively, fast-paced sports bar and restaurant. The role involves serving food and beverages, helping guests with menu and sports-event questions, processing payments, maintaining the service area, and working with the team to support smooth operations. Servers also promote specials and menu items and respond promptly to guest concerns. The position is listed as full or part time. Guaranteed pay for tipped positions is $15.00 per hour, including hourly wages and tips.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server in a high-volume, full-service bar and restaurant.
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must have TABC and Food Handler certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of alcohol service and responsible beverage service practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while meeting presentation standards.
- Answer guest questions about menu items, specials, and sports events.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
